Chocolate cinnamon latte macchiato

  • 150 ml of milk
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • Spices can be omitted or supplemented according to taste.

Preparation – that’s how it’s done

First you boil 150 ml of coffee – fits well here Arabica-Robusta mixture, as it tastes nuttiger and the sweetness of the coffee is compensated thanks to the Robusta beans. Then you heat 200 ml of milk in a saucepan. Put all the spices and cocoa in a cup and then top up with the heated milk. Finally, add the brewed coffee – and the chocolate cinnamon latte macchiato is ready!

Nougat caramel coffee

Made for coffee connoisseurs who have a sweet tooth: the nougat-caramel coffee!

Ingredients – That’s what you need

  • 150 ml freshly brewed coffee
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 1 tablespoon nut nougat cream
  • 20 ml caramel syrup
  • 1 pinch of cocoa for garnish

Preparation – that’s how it’s done

First you heat the milk in a saucepan and dissolve the nut nougat cream in it. Put the nougat milk in a cup and boil 150 ml of coffee. Then add the coffee to the cup while stirring. Lastly, add 20ml caramel syrup or garnish your nougat caramel coffee with some cocoa.

Coffee Liqueur

With this coffee liqueur you will inspire friends and family. It is also very suitable as a gift for coffee lovers.

Ingredients – That’s what you need

  • 300 ml freshly brewed coffee
  • 600 ml of vodka
  • 350 g of sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Preparation – that’s how it’s done

First, you need a jar that holds about 1.5 liters. Boil 300 ml of coffee, fill it into the container and add the vodka. Then you can also add the other ingredients. Now it’s time to wait: the liqueur needs to be drawn for about three to four weeks, shaking it once every three days so that the sugar dissolves. Finally, filter the liqueur through a cloth and fill it into a bottle.
